Before your first guest arrives, we do the heavy lifting. Professional photography, listing creation and optimization across Airbnb and VRBO, smart lock hardware and installation for keyless guest entry, dynamic pricing calibration, and your custom digital guest welcome guide. Everything your property needs to go live correctly and start earning from day one. The $499 onboarding fee covers all of it, paid once at contract signing, never again.
Property Care Coordination
Available as an Add-On
If your property has a lawn, a pool, or both, we can manage those vendor relationships entirely on your behalf. We arrange vetted local landscapers and pool maintenance companies, handle all scheduling around guest arrivals and departures, supervise quality, and invoice you monthly for the vendor cost plus a 15% coordination fee for managing it.
You never call a landscaper. You never wonder if the pool was serviced before guests arrived. You just see it handled in your monthly statement.
This add-on is available across all three plans and is set up during onboarding for clients who want it. If your property doesn't have a pool or doesn't require regular landscaping, it simply doesn't apply, you won't be charged for services you don't need.
